💰 Custom Scent Revival Policy

Every custom order — whether it’s a new scent creation, reblend, or revival of a discontinued scent — takes time and materials to bring to life.

To make this process fair and transparent, we’ve replaced the old deposit system with a Custom Scent Revival Fee that reflects the real cost of recreating each scent.

Here’s how it works:

• If we already have your scent currently blended and available, there is no revival fee.

• If the scent needs to be revived or reblended, a revival fee of $20–$100 will apply depending on the cost of materials and supplier minimums.

• In rare cases where a scent is highly complex or costly to source, the fee may be higher — in these cases, you’ll be notified before anything moves forward.

• You can team up with others who want the same scent and split the revival fee, then order your products individually once the scent is ready.

No payments are due until your quote is approved and you’ve been given full details on pricing and next steps.

Glow Butter (Custom Small Batch)

• $185 per batch (~2–2.5 lbs / 32–40 oz finished)

• Comes in approx. 8–10 × 4oz clear PET jars

• +$25–$30 per additional scent

Whipped Soap (Custom Small Batch)

• $265 per batch (~4–5 lbs / 64–80 oz finished)

• Comes in approx. 8–10 × 8oz clear PET jars

Sugar Scrub (Custom Small Batch)

• $285 per batch (~5–6 lbs / 80–96 oz finished)

• Comes in approx. 10–12 × 8oz clear PET dome-lid jars

• Revival fees and custom orders are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or production has begun.

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once in production due to their personalized nature.

• Each batch is made in one scent for consistency and quality.

• Multi-scent batches are available with added fees per scent.

• You may share revival fees with others who want the same scent.

• Packaging may vary slightly depending on stock, but all jars will remain clear, clean, and elegant in the Sugar Works style.

• We currently accept a limited number of custom orders each week to maintain quality and turnaround times.
